Consultation

Our first conversation is going to be ALL ABOUT YOU. We discuss your needs for buying a home, your financial goals, and the overall process you can expect. Questions? A great time to ask! Ideally, you'll want to begin preparing your mortgage BEFORE finding a house.

Application

This part is easy. You can fill out the loan application questionnaire from your phone, tablet or computer. Or we can do it together. This allows us to capture all the info we need to review your loan options.

Pre-Approval

Reviewing your application and documents can take a moment to make sure your approval is solid. Once were done and you're pre-approved, we will schedule our home buyer consultation to discuss your loan options and next steps.

Now that you’re approved, we’ll hand you back off to your Realtor to set up your property search and to find the right home for you and your family!!
